Patient Onbaording and
I delivered UX documentation that included competitor analysis, IA, user personas, defining the patient experience for online consultation onboarding, and use cases on Clinic State, City and Branch.
For the UI part, I designed 4–5 mid-fidelity wireframe variations for the website on both web and mobile, ensuring responsiveness. Finally, I created the high-fidelity designs and handed over the complete first-time patient experience.
